We want you to have a positive experience with OLENZI. If there is an issue with your order or a product does not meet your expectations, please submit the form below so our team can review your request.

Our return and exchange process is designed to make your request simple, clear, and easy to follow.

Before Submitting Your Request

Please keep the following information ready:

Your order number
Name and contact details used for the order
The product you are requesting to return or exchange
A clear description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns and exchanges are available only for OLENZI perfume bottles. 5ml and 10ml testers are not eligible for return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the perfume must have at least 90% of the original fragrance remaining in the bottle.
If the perfume has been used up to 10%, a small applicable fee may be deducted from the refund or applied to the return/exchange.
If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the product is unfortunately not eligible for return or exchange.
Almost negligible use may not result in any usage-related charge, subject to inspection.
The product should be returned with its original packaging and condition where applicable.
If you received a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact OLENZI as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs.
Customers may request either a refund or an exchange, subject to the applicable return conditions.
Return or exchange approval is subject to inspection of the returned product.

This policy is only for online purchases.

Please do not send a product back before contacting OLENZI and receiving return instructions.

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, perfume testers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any applicable return shipping charges, deductions, or other conditions will be handled according to OLENZI’s current Return & Refund Policy.

Please do not send a product back before your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team.

How the Return Process Works

1. Submit Your Request
Complete the form below with your order number, contact information, product details, and reason for the request.

2. Request Review
Our team will review your request and may ask for photographs or additional information.

3. Return Instructions
If your request meets the applicable conditions, we will provide instructions for returning the perfume.

4. Product Inspection
Once received, the perfume will be checked to confirm that it meets the return and exchange requirements.

5. Refund or Exchange
Depending on your selected option and the approved request, OLENZI will process the applicable refund or exchange.
